How can one charge non-rechargable batteries? The circuit you've provided is nothing but the basic battery recharging circuit. One thing you must keep in mind that, non-rechargable battery cannot be recharged. They don't have any means to gain back and storge the lost charge. However it is possible the long life of battery by cooling it. Since warmer batteries doesn't work efficiently. Charges are like gases, spreads to all the container, that is why we get little bit more power in batteries when we bite it and squeeze its surface area.
