Founded in 2003 in San Luis Obispo, California, is privately held company with limited liability (which basically means that its shareholders are not liable for the company’s debts). Anyway, Arvixe Web Solutions shareholders have got a pretty sweet deal so far – the company was ranked 209th in Inc. 500 List of Fastest Growing Companies in U.S. in 2011, with a 3 year growth of 1487%.

Arvixe Features

They have a funny airplane-like plan division – PersonalClass, BusinessClass, ResellerClass, VPSClass, and Dedicated Class. The basic plan is quite good for $4 a month, with unlimited disk space, monthly data transfer, six websites, unlimited domain aliases, subdomains and FTP accounts.

A VPS server with 40GB in disk space, unlimited monthly data transfer and 1024 MB I ndedicated memory will cost you $40.00 a month, while a dedicated single-core dedicated server starts at $105.00 per month.

Arvixe also has two plans for resellers ($20 or $50 monthly) for those, who want to get their share of the web hosting pie.

All plans offer a free domain name and the cPanel Control Panel, which almost every web master is familiar with.

Customer Service

With Arvixe, there is a good chance that you won’t know whether their customer service is bad or good, because you will never have to contact them. And if you have, they have 24/7 support, including a toll free phone line, email, and live chat.

Uptime

Arvixe’s uptime is 99.99%, meaning that these guys are pretty good at upholding their servers. This is the reason why you probably will not have to contact their tech support people.

Conclusions

Fast, good and cheap – it turns out that a web hosting provider can be all that.
