There’s at least one thing that FatCow did right – they came with a great name for their web hosting business. Apart from the name, FatCow is a well-known provider of Web hosting solutions for individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. Customer service is what FatCow guys pride themselves on. When the company was created, there were many web hosting providers with much to desire in terms of customer satisfaction or support, so FatCow put a particular focus on their customer service.

You can talk to their technical support 24 hours a day via phone support, e-mail tickets, or live chat, and they are usually very helpful. If you are an Apple machine user, there are Mac people there who know their way around your OS.
